Terms and conditions for all fire training courses
IDEX was conceive and created with a vision to become a premium world class organisation for the training and skill evaluation of construction workers, mechanical technicians and trade validation of contractual work force.
By booking a course, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and any additional terms relating to the specific course you have booked.
Booking requirements :Once we have received your completed booking form, you have a firm booking unless we advise you to the contrary. We do not accept provisional bookings.
Cancellation by you
You can cancel a booking, or reduce the number of delegates attending a course, by giving us notice in writing. The following charges will apply:
(a) if cancelled more than or equal to 21 working days from the date of the course, there will be no charge
(b) if cancelled between 11 working days and 20 working days from the date of the course, you will be charged 50% of the course fee
(c) if cancelled within 10 working days from the date of the course, you will be charged the whole course fee.
IDEX has designed a professional training curriculum that is a perfect blend of theory,
practical sessions and the latest industrial practices. We also follow the case study approach
to ensure that our students develop proficient thinking skills.
